  • H2OR PMC, a leading project management and cost consultancy delivering services in Construction sector, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our cost estimation projects with a focus on the Quantity Surveying field.
  • About the Role: You will be responsible for utilizing your data analysis skills to optimize our cost estimation processes and ensure project financial feasibility. You will work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and engineers to gather and analyze project data, identify cost trends and risks, and develop accurate cost models.

Skills and Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices (preferred).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
